  • Caroline Gritzinger, PT, DPT

    Caroline Gritzinger

    PT, DPT

    Caroline Gritzinger has been practicing for over 15 years. She graduated in 2008 from Shenandoah University with her doctorate in physical therapy and did her undergraduate studies at James Madison University. Caroline has a special interest in chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and manual therapy, including Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) training and using a holistic approach to correcting biomechanics and improving her patient’s quality of life. Caroline resides in Gore Va with her husband and cat.

    Karen Walker has been practicing physical therapy for 40 years in outpatient orthopedics. She has a specialized holistic approach through her post graduate education, including Integrative Manual Therapy. Following a philosophy of treating the source, not the symptoms, the integrated approach has proven successful for all type of patients. Karen’s physical therapy degree is from Boston University and she has lived and worked in Northern Virginia for the past 30 years, moving to Winchester in 2006.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Karen Joyner has worked in office administration for over 30 years and has experience in billing and accounts management. Karen is a magician at patient scheduling and you’ll find her customer service is above and beyond. Karen enjoys cooking and is strongly involved in her church ministry at First Baptist Church in Front Royal, Va.

    Savannah received her Bachelor's of Science degree in the Health Sciences concentration from James Madison University in 2018 and her Doctorates of Physical Therapy from University of Lynchburg in 2024. Savannah has an interest in Integrative Manual Therapy and dry needling along with post-operative rehabilitation and treating general orthopedic related injuries. When she’s not working, she enjoys painting, reading, knitting/sewing, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies with her husband, son and cats.

  • David T. Crittenden, MSPT, CERT. MDT, OCS

    David T. Crittenden

    MSPT, CERT. MDT, OCS

    David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education, with a concentration in Athletic Training, from Frostburg State University in 1993. He worked for 4 years as an athletic trainer in outpatient orthopedic clinics and high schools. He earned his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2000. David has well-rounded experience in treating patients in long term care, skilled rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic, neurological injuries/diseases, acute care, and fitness. David’s interests are in orthopedic and sport rehabilitation, clinical leadership, and clinical program development. He uses evidence-based practice to drive his decision making in the clinic and strives to provide individualized treatment that will get his patient back to what they love to do. When David is not in the clinic, he is hanging out with his wife and their three children, usually attending or coaching one of their athletic events.

  • Christopher Massonneau, PT, DPT

    Christopher Massonneau

    PT, DPT

    Christopher graduated with his Master’s degree from University of Indianapolis in 1986 and earned his transitional doctorate from Arcadia University in 2013. He has certifications from the Institute of Physical Art, McKenzie method, Feldenkrais method, and the Trager Approach. He has a special interest in treating neurological, orthopedic, and spine patients along with utilizing modern pain science and manual therapy techniques. He has been in clinical education for 30 years and enjoys mentoring physical therapy students which has made him uniquely prepared for thorough patient education in his clinical practice. In his free time, Chris enjoys dancing with his wife, bicycling, swimming, woodworking and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
